Our Warranty and Return Policy

By accepting an invoice from InfiNexusAV, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms outlined herein.

Complimentary 30-Day Call-Out and Replacement Program:

Your system is covered by our complimentary 12-month warranty program, which includes workmanship and support from InfiNexusAV. All equipment supplied by us is backed by the full manufacturer's warranty. Within the initial 30 calendar days after purchase, should your equipment encounter any issues, InfiNexusAV will diagnose the problem and replace the faulty unit at no expense to you.

Hardware Failures After 30 Days but Less Than 12 Months:

In the event of a hardware failure beyond the initial 30 calendar days, InfiNexusAV will troubleshoot the issue at no charge. If the equipment requires repair at the manufacturer's center, we will uninstall and provide the equipment to you. You, as the equipment owner, will coordinate with the manufacturer's warranty process for repairs. Following the repair, InfiNexusAV will reinstall and recalibrate the system at no additional cost.

Service/Hardware Failures After 12 Months:

For equipment issues occurring beyond 12 months, customers should contact us to arrange a standard $99 call-out for troubleshooting. If the equipment requires repair at the manufacturer's center, InfiNexusAV will uninstall and provide it to you. You will then follow the manufacturer's warranty process for repairs. After repair completion, InfiNexusAV will reinstall and recalibrate the system, and a calibration and trip cost will be invoiced to you.

Our return policy allows for the return of unopened box equipment within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and the packaging remains sealed, you may return the product to our store for a refund or exchange within this specified timeframe.
